Compares a Var Listener against the criteria the user sets

## Additional Parameters

### Check On

Self or Current Target

### Placed On

Same Hierarchy, Parent or Children based on who you are checking against on the Check On parameter

### Var Type

Can be either Bool, Int or Float. Further options expand based on your choice such as "If Bool is true" or "If Int Equals x" etc.
